摘要

Creating of a hydrogen energy society that believed in hydrogen as an energy medium, will advance from the system based on fossil fuel such as the conventional petroleum in the future1'. Hereafter, if the opportunity of handling explosive hydrogen increases, hydrogen sensors will be required to detect the existence of hydrogen gas. Currently, various kinds of hydrogen sensors have been proposed and studied. One of them, a solid electrolyte method makes use of a proton (hydrogen ion) conductor.
