China's rapidly falling steel exports are likely to turn the world's biggest steelmaker, into a net importer in a few months, said Wu Xichun, a senior China Iron & Steel Assn (Cisa) official. It is expected that exports will nosedive further in March as demand in the international market continues shrinking, as shown by the extremely low export volumes in January and February, and China is likely to become a net steel importing country over the next few months expresses Wu at 7th International Steel Market and Trade Conference in Shanghai.
