摘要

Plant protein sources like soybean meal are more common as alternatives to costly and scarce fishmeal in the aquafeed. But the major problem associated with the use of such plant ingredients is the presence of wide variety of antinutritional factors that have a deleterious effect on the overall performance of the aquatic animals (Usmani and Jafri 2002).
