Ultrasonic velocity (U), density (p) and viscosity (η) for the ternary liquid mixtures of butyl acrylate + methyl methacrylate + o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene have been measured as a function of the composition at 303, 308 and 313 K. The experimental data have been used to calculate some excess thermodynamicai parameters, such as viscosity (η~E), adiabatic compressibility (β~E), free volume (V_f~E), Gibb's free energy (ΔG~E) and Grunberg's interaction parameter (d). These excess magnitudes are discussed qualitatively in terms of the nature and type of intermolecular interactions of the components involved.
