摘要

This paper presents virtual instrument for real time measurement of electrical quantities for PWM inverter based induction motor drive system. The virtual instrument is based on National Instruments PXI-1020 compact PC, high performance multifunction I/O card (6070E) and Lab VIEW-5.0 graphical programming package. The data acquisition parameters and calculation algorithms for measurement of active power are selected to deal with highly distorted waveforms of the voltages and currents. Experimental results obtained on an induction motor drive system supplied by PWM inverter are reported. The developed prototype can be used in power quality measurement and control application.
