摘要

Electro-optical (EO) sensors are developed by Space Applications Centre and flown under various space borne and airborne missions. The sensors are exhaustively evaluated, optimized and characterized for performance on ground under various test conditions. Complex test setups are used to provide stimuli and for the purpose of putting the sensor in desired condition. The test setups include data acquisition instrumentation, commanding and health parameter measurement instruments and other instruments like, power supplies, mono-chromator, light source etc. These instruments have different interfaces like RS-232, GPIB, network or proprietary. The objective of the software framework is to hide the intricacies of interfaces and provide homogenous structure/layer to control the instruments from processing application and to automate the process.
