The reaction of the cluster Os_3(#mu#-SbPh_2)(#mu#-H)(#mu#_3,#eta#~2-C_6H_4)(CO)_9, 1, with a number of alkenes and dienes led to cluster condensation to afford the novel cluster Os_5(#mu#_4-Sb)(#mu#-SbPh_2)(#mu#-H)_2(#mu#_3,#eta#~2-C_6H_4)(#mu#,#eta#-C_6H_4)(CO)_(14), 3, as the major product, and another novel cluster Os_5(#mu#_4-SbPh_2)(#mu#-H)(#mu#_3,#eta#~6-C_6H_4)(CO)_(14)(Ph), 4. Reaction of 3 with the Group 15 ligand EPh_3 (E = P, As, Sb) afforded the corresponding monosubstituted derivatives Os_5(#mu#_4-Sb)(#mu#-SbPh_2)(#mu#-H)_2(#mu#_3,#eta#~2-C_6H_4)(#mu#,#eta#~2-C_6H_4)(CO)_(13)(EPh_3), 6.
