摘要

Vibration tapping is a kind of precise technique of machining internal thread. Therefore, the dynamic torsional deformation of tap is a problem that has to be considered. In this paper, firstly we put forward the concept of "dynamic angular displacement". Then the dynamic model of vibration tapping was built. At last we simulated the dynamic torsional deformation of tap in process of vibration tapping by matlab software and drew some valuable conclusions. This research has important practical significance in optimizing processing parameter and promoting the extensive use of this technique.
