摘要

The paper reviews the outcome of more than a decade of development and applications of the diffractometry of coordination spheres (DCS) as well as its prospects. DCS is a novel scientific and methodical direction in the solid-state physics and structure analysis which was proposed by the author and is based on the author's discovery of the hitherto unknown X-ray diffraction spectrum from coordination spheres of crystals as well as on the Ehrenfest equation rehabilitated by the author. Some methodical aspects that have not been covered in detail in the previous works are discussed here: derivation and analysis of the Ehrenfest equation, comparison between calculated and measured intensities of components of the respective spectra, and application of Fourier transformations thereto.
