摘要

The effect of the chemical treatment of porous silicon with polyacrylic acid on the composition and photoluminescence properties of silicon is studied by infrared spectroscopy and photoluminescence. A mechanism of interaction between polyacrylic acid and the surface of porous silicon, which leads to a significant increase in the photoluminescence intensity of the samples, is proposed.
