ISP acquires Bode Chemie's biocides business

International Specialty Products Inc.(ISP),through one of its subsidiaries,has acquired the biocides business of Bode Chemie,based in Hamburg,Germany.In the transaction,ISP acquired Bode's range of industrial biocide products for the paint and coatings,metalworking fluids and building and construction markets.Bode Chemie will continue its hygiene and disinfectants business.
