Siegwerk takes full ownership of Turkish ink maker

Germany-based Siegwerk,the world's third largest ink manufacturer,has become the sole owner of Turkish printing ink manufacturer formerly known as Sicpa-Sarno.Having bought out the shares of joint venture partner Samo,Siegwerk is to rename the company Siegwerk Turkey.
