BACKGROUND: Mullerian tract anomalies have been reported in 2-3% of females. Uterus didelphys, obstructed hemivagina, and ipsilateral renal agenesis (OHVIRA) syndrome is a rare condition, with only a few cases of the syndrome occurring during pregnancy having been reported.
