低增生骨髓增生异常综合征伴8四体异常一例报告并文献复习

摘要

目的：提高对染色体8四体骨髓增生异常综合征的认识。方法：报告1例低增生骨髓增生异常综合征伴8四体异常，并进行文献复习。结果和结论：(1)8四体异常可见于多种血液系统疾病，多见于单核系恶性增殖性疾病；(2)特尔立加小剂量Ara-C对低增生骨髓增生异常综合征转化中的原始细胞过多性难治性贫血安全有效。%Objective The aim of the case report was to give physicians a better understanding of hypoplastic myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) with tetrasomy 8. Method The characteristics of the disease were discussed with references to this subject. Result and conclusion Tetrasomy 8 may be found in some hematological diseases asomy with a dominant in monocytic malignant proliferative disease. It's effective and safe to treat the disease with GM-CSF and low-dose Ara-C.
