摘要

The effect of bis-(3-triethoxysilylpropyl)-tetrasulfide,Si69 on the tensile properties,swelling behavior and morphological characteristics of recycled poly(vinyl chloride)/acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber/fly ash(PVCr/NBR/FA)composites was studied.The composites were melt mixed at a temperature of 150°C and rotor speed of 50rpm.Si69 was used to improve the interaction between PVCr/NBR and FA.It was found that PVCr/NBR/FA+Si69 composites exhibit higher tensile strength,tensile modulus(M_(100)),and elongation at break,but lower swelling index than PVCr/NBR/FA composites without Si69.SEM study of the tensile fracture surfaces of the composites indicates that the presence of Si69 increased the interfacial interaction between PVCr/NBR and FA and also improved the dispersion of FA in PVCr/NBR matrix.
