Protective Coatings Europe {PCE)will hold its 2003 PCE Marine & Offshore Coatings Conference and Exhibition in conjunction with Overflatedagene~R(OFD)2003,an annual conference and exhibition on surface protection,sponsored by the Norwegian National Institute of Technology.Both events will take place from November 4 to 6 in Stavanger,Norway.
