THE ECONOMICAL EUROPEAN INTEGRATION THE ENLARGEMENT AND THE EU TRENDS THE EASTERN ENLARGEMENT

Officially no time limit was settled and no nomination was given for the Eastern European Countries, aspiring to integrate. In the year 2002 it came to a conclusion, due to simple deductions from general statements regarding the EU's perspectives. Asa result the budget resources for the integration were planned, starting with the year 2002. It is said that "the east enlargement will add over 100 mil. consumers (...), half of the land present at the moment in the EU and twice as much labour force inthis branch". From that date on we could foresee that Romania will enter the EU in the second wave, which has a starting point in the year 2006.
