摘要

The objective of the present investigation was to determine the floristic composition of the natural pasture grass in the mountainous and alpine endemic areas of the Middle Rhodope (regionPamporovo and village Smilyan) and to define the influence of geochemical structure of the soil on the plants biodiversity.The fatty acid composition of thegrass is presented mainly by polyunsaturated fatty acids which decreased from 76.03 g/100g fat to 64 615 g/100g fat. while the saturated fatty acids in the analyzed grass associations reliably from 18 07 to 26 68 g/100g fat during the examined period (April-June) in the v.Smilyan.The total content of saturated fatty acids in the natural pasture grass increased from 22.70 to 25.89 g/100g fat and that of the polyunsaturated fatty acids decreased from 70 33 to 61 88 g/100g fat depending on the phonological stage ofvegetation near area Pamporovo.
