Parkinson Technologies will be exhibiting its new Dusenbery~R Converting Systems Model Genesis 700SL center-driven duplex slit-ter/rewinder. The exhibit will highlight the Model 700's latest feature, a shaft-less unwind. In addition, the company's personnel will be conducting slitting demonstrations throughout the show. As with the Genesis shafted model, the shaftless unit is capable of speeds of 1,500 fpm, widths of 62", and 40" unwind diameters. It is also fully featured with PLC touch screen controls, tension controls, and a single point utility connection.
