摘要

Three-year old Norway spruce seedlings (Picea abies L. Karst), were grown in peat soil in a greenhouse and sprayed either with simulated acid mist (a mixture of H2SO4 and HNO3, pH 2.7) or with distilled water of pH 5.6 for three months. During spraying, the soil was covered with plastic foil to avoid acidification of the soil. The photosynthetic pigment apparatus of spruce needles was analyzed using SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, spectrophotometric determination of pigment content and low temperature chlorophyll fluorescence spectroscopy.
