摘要

The excitation energies and the structure of the low lying states with K~π = 8~-, 0~-, 1~-, 2~-, 3~+ are calculated based on the quasiparticle phonon model. The results of calculations demonstrate agreement with the existing experimental data and also give information which can be used for planning the experiments.
