TVA, Armstrong sign new two-year pact for western Kentucky coal

The Tennessee Valley Authority has signed a new two-year coal sales agreement with Armstrong Coal, a western Kentucky producer of high-sulfur steam coal, a spokesman for the federal utility said Tuesday.
