Tropical Storm Isaac expected to delay US Gulf coal exports

Tropical Storm Isaac is expected to delay coal exports out of the US Gulf Coast as ports and terminals shut down Monday in preparation. The Convent Marine Terminal in Convent, Louisiana, halted operations Monday and force majeure is in place, said Mickey Gauldin, operations manager for the terminal.
