Union Pacific Railroad plans to install temporary tracks by this weekend at a bridge overpass that collapsed Wednesday afternoon after a coal train derailed near the Chicago suburb of Northbrook. Thirty-one of the train's 138 cars derailed in the 1:45 p.m. incident, with 28 cars piling up on the overpass and their combined weight causing its 86-foot-long bridge to collapse, UP spokesman Mark Davis said Thursday.
