We read with interest the article of Raina et al. [1] about the occurrence of zoophilia, a disturbance in the sexual behavior consisting in sexual arousal related to animals, and impulse control disorder (ICD) in a patient with Parkinson's disease (PD). Although hypersexuality in PD represents a well-known disorder related to altered impulse control [2], the occurrence of dopaminergic-induced paraphilias in parkinsonian patients is often underestimated and cannot be considered only as an anecdotal observation [3-10].
