摘要

This paper presents a new high accuracy method about plate density detection, which is used to the elasticity nondestructive testing for the modulus of the plates. That is, through simple external circuit processing information collected by the sensors, for which, respectively, to measure the width, thickness and quality of the standard plates. And then shows the density of plank, in order to measure the strength of the plank. This paper describes the technology of the variety of the measurements, as well as the circuit principles, etc. After that, is to systemize and analysis the actual measurement data. In the circuit design, the signals are transmitted into the electrical control center by the form of current signals for long term transmission, which, effectively resolve the problems about signal attenuations and interferences. And, at the same time, can effectively achieve the electrical isolation in the receiver, and ensure the accuracy as well as save the cost.
