In this study, Homotopy analysis method (HAM) is used to investigate the nonlinear oscillatory behavior of clamped-clamped initially curved microano beam, under electrostatic force actuation. The electrostatic actuation, midplane stretching, and geometric nonlinearity effects are considered. Initially, through Galerkin's decomposition method, the partial differential governing equation is converted to an ordinary differential equation. Thereafter, HAM is used to find a semi-analytic solution for the nonlinear oscillatory behavior of an initially curved microbeam. To ensure the convergence of the problem, the convergence region of solutions is investigated. Furthermore, the influence of initial elevation, input voltage, midplane stretching, and order of the HAM approximation are examined. Analytic results achieved by HAM are in good agreement with numerical solutions and published literature.
