Titania exhibits outstanding chemical stability, high refraction index, great ultraviolet absorptivity and photochemical activity. Nanometer titania has therefore found wide applications as white pigment, toner, coating materials, superplastic ceramics, cosmetics as well as photocatalysts in the removal of organic species from wastewater [1-4].
