摘要

Bi(2223) superconducting multifilamentary tapes suffer alternative current (ac) losses caused by the magnetic interaction between two neighboring parallel superconducting tapes carrying a transport current because they are exposed to alternative currents (ac) and fields [1,2]. The use of the Ag sheath material enhances the considerable coupling currents flowing in the sheath under ac magnetic fields [2]. One of the methods for reducing ac losses is the introduction of resistive oxide barriers between the filaments [3].
