摘要

A variant of model and algorithms for the numerical study for the processes of stress corrosion cracking of structural elements operating under the conditions of exposure to an aggressive corrosive medium based on the finite-element method is proposed. To evaluate the efficiency of the proposed models and algorithms, a numerical modeling of the destruction process of a thin-walled tube sample partially immersed into a liquid chlorine-containing medium at various levels of axial tensile loads has been carried out.
