摘要

The key to realizing fast and accurate flatness control is to establish a mathematical model between the flatness error character parameters and the flatness adjustment parameters. In this paper, the concepts and the mathematical models of transfer function and transfer matrix are proposed for the flatness control of strip mills. For a 900 mm HC 6-high mill, the transfer matrix is set up by GA-BP network model, and successfully applied into the flatness setting control. This paper provides a theoretical framework for flatness control.
