摘要

Recently, it has become increasingly difficult foronly a single metallic material to meet the demand, which asks forthe effective charateristics, such as mechanical properties andelectric conductivity, at the same material has developed advancedfuctional properties by utilizing the property of each metal. In thispaper, Al/Cu clad composite material fabricated by indirectextrusion method which has similar advantage of hydrostaticextrusion method there is no friction between billet surface andcontainer in. It was to find the suitable extrusion conditions onworking criterion and bonding charateristics of interface along thevariation of extrusion conditions and heat treatment temperature.
