摘要

A method and an experimental set-up were developed for tribodynamic tests of spherical magnets (SM). Characteristics and features of the wear mechanism of barium hexaferrite SM under dynamic loading were studied. It was established that the dynamic contact loading of barium hexaferrite stimulates the Rehbinder effect. A relationship between the friction force and wear rate was studied under a static and a dynamic loading. The effect of several processing factors (heat treatment, polishing) on the wear rate was investigated. The conditions providing the wear resistance of SM and the principles of selecting effective coatings were considered.
