摘要

A model for structurally inhomogeneous material wearing in contact with a viscoelastic body is proposed. Sliding of the viscoelastic body against a rigid half-space at a constant speed is considered under a condition of complete contact between two bodies without any clearances. The model has been elaborated for a steady-state wear mode when a stationary solution is absent. The dependence of the results obtained upon geometrical and tribological parameters of the inhomogeneous surface, and sliding velocity of the viscoelastic body has been analyzed. The problem can be of practical importance for simulating pavement contact with car tires.
