On the basis of Shinozuka and Jan's theory (1972), the authors' derivation of explicit form of function H(ω) in the case of exponential coherence function and with evenly distributed generation points is a valuable improvement in the simulation of a multicorrelated random process by the spectral representation method. However, to precisely utilize this contribution within engineering applications, it is necessary to discuss the following unclear points with the authors.
