Catalase isozyme pattern of different groups of Ramularia areola.

摘要

The four different isolates representing separate groups of Ramularia areola collected from different places of the country viz., Nagpur, Matura, Dharwad and Coimbatore were subjected to catalase activity. Among the four isolates, Dharwad and Matura isolates exhibited an additional band. In Dharwad isolate, the bands were prominent and thick, whereas in matura isolate, the bands were not prominent. However, all the four isolates have shown bands of different Rm values indicating the existence of variability among the four isolates.
