Pediatric traumatic cataract: Maximizing the surgical outcome

Reply: We agree with Drs. Shukhija and Ram's observations about our study and the confusion therein, which arose because of our failure to describe our methodology adequately. We would like to address the issue and add the details of the protocol we followed. We reiterate that the purpose was validity of the OTS as a predictor of final visual outcome in traumatic cataract cases in a pediatric age group.
