CPSEL: Cloud Provider Selection Framework ForRanking and Selection of Cloud Provider

The Cloud computing infrastructure capabilities has steered the shift of developing organizations on cloud. Cloud computing offers services as per the requirement of infrastructure, application or platform to the user over flexible cost. The increasing demand of cloud capabilities has also increased the number of cloud provider in the market. The result of this growth has directed towards a critical issue of selecting an optimal cloud provider which meets the requirements of the organization. This paper proposes a framework to evaluate and rank the cloud providers as per the capability of the cloud provider in meeting the requirement of the users using some criteria. The feedback from the previous users is considered to provide an understanding of the services and the level of agreements achieved by the cloud providers. The framework models the problem of selecting the optimal cloud providers to meet user requirements.
