摘要

To validate the Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher (CLES+T) instrument in primary healthcare settings using confirmatory factor analysis and to identify the factors most relevant for student learning in these settings. Primary healthcare (PHC) differs from the hospital as a clinical learning environment for nursing students. In PHC, nursing students have the opportunity to learn with patients in their homes and independently assess the patients' general health status by providing personal care. Supervision of nursing students often follows the individual supervision model, whereby each student is assigned a personal supervisor who is usually a district nurse (Bos et al. 2009).
