Isojaponin C and other kauranoid diterpenoids from Isodon japonicus

摘要

A new ent-kaurane diterpenoid, 1α,6β,11α-triacetoxy-7a,20-epoxy-ent-kaur-16-en-15-one, named as isojaponin C, along with five known diterpenoids, lasiokaurinol, lasiokaurin, oridonin, and epinodosin were isolated from the leaves of Isodon japonicus. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods and from literature values.
