NMR spectral studies of dimedone-aldehyde adducts. Part 3. A re-investigation of the reaction with cinnamaldehyde, H-1 and C-13 NMR studies of the products

The reaction between some substituted cinnamaldehydes with dimedone and cyclohexane-1,3-dione under neutral, acidic and basic conditions have been investigated. The structures of the adducts obtained have been studied by H-1 and C-13 NMR spectroscopy.
