Plants and Chemistry: A Teaching Course Based on the Chemistry of Substances of Plant Origin

In the past few years, as part of our chemistry teaching research, we approached secondary school chemistry teachers with a view to reappraising our syllabus to emphasize the links between chemistry and the real world. This objective was achieved by setting up in-service training courses designed for Italian upper secondary school teachers.
