OSI Fibercomm Offers Custom Housings for Infrared Photodiodes

OSI Fibedrcomm, a subsidiary of OSI SYSTEM (Nasdaq: OSIS), introduces four new miniature packages for the InGaAs photodiodes for laser diode monitoring. With an active area size of 120 mum, 300 mum, 400 mum, and 500 mum, these IR-sensitive photodiodes are ultra low-noise, have a high responsivity (1310 nm-1500 nm) and operate in spectral range from 900 nm to 1700 nm.
