A 55-year-old male with a previous open surgical repair of a traumatic right subclavian artery rupture was admitted following a fall with a rupture of the bifurcation of the innominate artery. The right common carotid artery was debranched from the left common carotid artery using a ringed 8mm vascular graft. Simultaneously, a 16x80mm vascular stent graft was inserted from the origin of the innominate artery to the mid portion of the subclavian artery, successfully covering the rupture site.
