Hoa Phat Steel JSC (Vietnam) starts second stage of project

Vietnam's Hoa Phat Steel JSC has started implementing the second stage of the project to construct Hoa Phat Integrated Steel Complex, which is to be completed in Q3 2013. The company will install a second BF (450,000 t), a steelmaking plant (500,000 t) and a third rolling mill with capacity of 500,000 t.
