Saudi end-users still show robust demand for HRC due to seasonal factors and high number of construction projects under way in the country. Stockists are also replenishing their inventories briskly, mostly booking domestic products. They are careful about import purchases, as Chinese suppliers have substantially cut their prices since end-February amid declining regional demand and further plans of other sellers are so far unknown.
