India to simplify process of obtaining permits for new steel projects in Odisha

The government of Odisha state is intending to create special authority supporting local steel industry,first of all in order to speed up the process of completing new steel projects.The entity will deal with all problems faced by the steel sector participants in the state, Odisha Steeland Mines Minister Mr. Prafulla Kumar Mallick told local press. Special emphasis will be put on solvingproblems in the construction of new steel works that include land allotment and access to raw materialresources. Attracting investments into the state’s steel sector will be among its tasks.
