A symposium organized by Professor David Eisenberg of UCLA in celebration of the 70th birthday of Professor Richard E. Dickerson was held on October 7, 2001 at the Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles. Many distinguished colleagues, present and former students, and family of Professor Dickerson were in attendance.
