摘要

To evaluate the effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation with negative pressure automatic biopsy gun on rabbit liver cancer model, and improve the efficiency of the pathological biopsy and maximally alleviate the occurrence of needle tract bleeding and tumor, the radiofrequency catheter ablation of negative pressure automatic biopsy gun was developed in our lab and applied in rabbit liver cancer model. The intrahepatic invasive tumor nests were observed under optical microscope. It was found that the tumor cells were distributed diffusedly. The infiltrated liver cable structure was distributed at the edge of tumor nests with an unclear boundary between interstitial and less connective tissue, but the fiber interval could be seen well. Moreover, the negative pressure automatic biopsy could efficiently reduce the needle tract bleeding phenomenon and the transfer of needle tract tumor implantation compared with the traditional methods.
