摘要

Microbial air-pollution control remains topical especially for megapolises characterized by crowded public places(transport,public institutions,recreation areas,etc.),which makes favorable conditions for fast spreading of respiratory infection pathogens and allergens.Present-day bioaerosol research based mainly on immunochemistry(Dzantiev,1994),UV-spectrophotometry and PCR methods(Wang,1997),characterize total biomass amount in samples with no division into live and dead microbial cells.In case of these methods usage for detection of dangerous vegetative and spore pathogens(plague,tularemia,legionellesis,anthrax)the results do not allow to evaluate hazard degree of the pathogens detected as their viability is unknown.Traditional methods of live microorganisms detection in aerosol samples is based on laboratory research methods demanding special equipment and considerable time for obtaining determination results.
